  • Orders are confirmed once full payment has been received.
  • We accept payment via credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay).
  • All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 5 business days.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on location. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, couriers, or customs.
  • Standard shipping is free. If you would like express shipping, additional charges will apply and will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase.

6. Returns, Refunds & Consumer Guarantees

  • Under the Australian Consumer Law, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund if a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
  • If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return (other than for faults), products must be unused, in their original packaging and returned within 7 days of purchase.
  • We do not accept returns for change of mind, except where required by law.

  • Small parts may pose a choking hazard. Children should always use the flashcards under adult supervision.
