Refund policy
At Little Lingo, we comply with the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Returns Eligibility
We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Returns are accepted in the following circumstances:
- The item is faulty or defective
- The item is damaged
- The incorrect item was supplied
- Where a return is required under Australian Consumer Law
We do not accept returns for change of mind, except where required by law.
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@littlelingoau.com within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number and details of the issue.
Return Conditions
Where a return is approved:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received
- Proof of purchase is required
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so we can assess the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Unless required by law, we do not accept returns for:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalised products

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the approved item and place a new order once the return process is complete.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
